Angband/64 (Formally JAngband) was one of the very first variants, and is no longer maintained. It contains some features that no other variant has picked up on yet, such as multi-level vaults, and true two-handed fighting.

Compiling Angband/64

  • With Dev-C++ for Windows

You only need 'main-win.c' when compiling for Windows. Do not include compress3.c or maze.c from the source file archive.

Known issues

  • With Windows version

The town / dungeon display is corrupted so that there are some 'invisible' walls and walls appear in odd places (especially when out of line of sight).
