Theme

A fantasy themed turn-based roguelike with skillful demon warlord as playable character. Being trapped in infinite dungeon, he can achieve one of game goals - become a king of any faction, escape from dungeon or become a god. Some tiles were borrowed from Battle For Wesnoth game. Game can be played only via internet using browser on http://demon-tactic.com/. Unfortunately, current english translation is poorly made, hope you will enjoy Demon Tactics, despite this sad fact.

Features

  • Your moral decisions makes difference - some factions will aid you or become your mortal enemies.
  • Hard tactical battles with minimum of random influence.
  • Combination of random and pre-created scenarios and maps.
  • You are not omnipowered killing machine - retreat is a wise option sometimes, play cautiously and outsmart your foes.

Monster abilities

There are wide variety of monsters abilities in the game.

Some of them are "classical":

  • Poison damage over time.
  • Stunning and confusing attacks.
  • Ally summoning and etc.

Some are rarely used (and maybe unique in some way):

  • Explosion of fire or water after death.
  • Idiot (unit is always confused).
  • Return (like weeping angels from "Doctor Who").
  • And many others.

Races and factions

There are 20 races and factions that have their own goals, allies and enemies. Hero can become ally with any of them by fighting by their side.

Which side do you want to join? Choose wisely from:

  • New order
  • Holy church
  • Vampires
  • Orc Legion
  • Free farmers
  • Saurians
  • Dwarves
  • Antiquum Cult
  • Demons
  • Devils
  • Neutrals
  • Dark Legion
  • Necromancers
  • Dark elves
  • Fiends
  • Steel hive
  • Mages Guild
  • Hexapod Swarm
  • Evil
  • Hero army
