About
Unco lichts aboot the auld castle. Stories in toun of reivers and treisur. Wi yer swurd and pistols, ye gang tae hae a leuk.
Swift Swurd is a short game about swashbuckling through a castle in early modern Scotland.
It was made for the 2013 Seven Day Roguelike Challenge.
Unique/rare features
- Simple stamina-based fencing system
- All text in the game is in Scots (English-speakers should be able to figure it out)
Versions and platforms
Swift Swurd is written in Python using the libtcod library. It is available as a Windows exe and as Python source code.
