(Should these pages be removed?)
Line 22: Line 22:
I've scattered contributions throughout the Powder pages, mainly to highlight information gleaned from the newsgroup discussions and my experiments.  Much of the game is problem solving... I have X tools and Y problems (monsters, level design).  So knowing how to get the most out of your tools or apply them creatively to different problems is the key.  Hopefully what I've added will help other players with this great game.

I don't think it's a good idea to have all this POWDER-specific gameplay spoilers in Roguebasin. It would be better to have it on its own wiki, if there is one. [[User:Nate879|Nate879]] 19:10, 24 December 2008 (CET)

Anybody here?

Kinda a hidden place to post a message, but I'm going to try to expand this meek page to the full description of POWDER. So if anyone can help, contact! Also, I'm pretty new so if there's some obscure rule that states that the inner workings of games must not be posted, screw that. Tearing the game apart is half the fun. In fact it's 90% of the fun if you already got through (see Tool Assisted Speedruns, that's what I mean.)

Suggestions, please!

Discovery regarding dress code

Also, in POWDER 101, I got the "You look like a ranger!" message without the bow. I was wielding a long sword and torch, while wearing leather cap, (non-studded) leather tunic, and hiking boots. I had just put on the boots. Taking off the sword did nothing, but taking off the bow told me I looked "less adventurous" and rewielding made me look like a ranger again. I also confirmed the leather tunic was part of the outfit. The cap was Evil, so I could not check. Dress code listing modified appropriately. -- Rdanhenry

The bonuses for the Ranger dress code are to never trigger traps and to never break arrows.

Instructions for new weapons post version 105

In POWDER 105, you can create a lightning rapier by casting Shock on a tile containing a rapier or allowing a blue dragon to breathe on a tile containing a rapier. To create an ice mace, freeze water containing a submerged mace, and retrieve it by melting the ice or digging through it.

Should these pages be removed?
