Hate to put a good project down, but I have to say, I dislike this game with a passion. It's a clever idea, and well implemented, but to me, it just strips all the appeal from Rogueliking. Mort432 20:07, 28 April 2012 (CEST)

I have to strongly disagree with you! I love Nethack, and this game is an awesome sort of retelling of the game. It stays true to what defines a Roguelike (except being a platformer), and has given me a lot of fun. I ended up buying it the first time I got to Waz the Hacker, even! Hehe... people said the same when I added the graphical tiles to NetHack - and plenty still don't use them. I certainly understand, but the reality is that different people enjoy different things and there is no reason to only make roguelikes for one type of person. Fortunately, there is no shortage of plain text ASCII roguelikes. Amusingly, when I first started playing NetHack, I was on a TTY that didn't even have color support. Waz 15:01, 8 July 2012 (AEST)
