I'm an admin here, and I created most of the spam filters (see Special:AbuseFilter). If one of them keeps you from making a legitimate edit, let me know.
I'm also pretty experienced with MediaWiki, and can usually fix page/syntax problems (for server issues, contact User:Bjorn instead).
