Tyrant is a java roguelike that exists since a while and can be found here : http://tyrant.sourceforge.net/

Tyrant is in alpha stage according to Mike Anderson, the creator of Tyrant. It is in the phase of feature adding and has a good number of races, classes, skills, NPCs and opponents.
