Theoretically based around CP2020 as inspiration, currently somewhere around step 9 to 11 of How_to_Write_a_Roguelike_in_15_Steps in terms of being written... No step 10, we're British... Err, cyberpunk, not fantasy...
Cyberware/bioware will come later, which will be the "magic" of cyberpunk.
