Alienhack is a tactical coffee-break roguelike loosely based on "AliensRL" by Kornel Kisielewicz (which in turn is loosely based on the 90s "Alien Breed" computer games).
Alienhack has an unusual feature for a roguelike: a limited-angle FOV. This is central to the gameplay mechanic, as you will need to work hard to prevent foes from creeping up behind you.
Alienhack is open source and public domain.
For more information or to download the game see the project page and the readme file which comes with the release download. Scroll down on the project page and you'll find instructions for how to download.

Want to email the developer? You can contact me at sckpuppet8 AT googlemail DOT com. (Notice the missing 'o' in 'sock'!)
Be aware, I sometimes forget to check that address for long periods of time.
I also just made an account on Temple of the Roguelike here. You might be able to PM me there (I honestly don't know, but one would hope so!)
