From SporkHack changelog archive: The following intrinsics are no longer binary: Fire, Cold, Shock, Poison, Disintegration, and Sleep.

These are six intrinsics out of twenty nine (see NetHack wiki). Calling that "most" is misleading at best. –Michal Bielinski^Talk 09:52, 12 May 2009 (CEST)

The previous English "Few intrinsics are no longer binary and can range from 0% to 100%." was simply ungrammatical to the extent of not being able to tell what the original intention of the sentence was. In other words I had to guess, and I got it wrong. PaulBlay
