First-Person Roguelike Dungeon Crawler with Monster Collecting elements.

"Ah... yes, it worked. I can see the spark of life in your eyes, twisted and seething as it once did. It has been centuries since your wretched soul tasted air, Dark One. They cursed your name, burned your effigies, sealed your crypt with wards of purest light - but even the brightest flame wanes with time. And here you are, risen once more, your legend but a shadow in the minds of mortals."

Story

Gloamvault guide.png

"Ah... yes, it worked. I can see the spark of life in your eyes, twisted and seething as it once did. It has been centuries since your wretched soul tasted air, Dark One. They cursed your name, burned your effigies, sealed your crypt with wards of purest light - but even the brightest flame wanes with time. And here you are, risen once more, your legend but a shadow in the minds of mortals.

You look frail, weaker than you once were. No matter. Power like yours does not vanish; it merely slumbers, buried beneath the weight of time. You feel it, do you not? The echo of your old strength, beckoning from the dark corners of this cursed dungeon.

I have brought you back for a purpose, wizard. The seals that once held you are shattered. But the world beyond has forgotten true fear, forgotten you. They play at being heroes, ignorant of the horrors that lurk beneath their feet. It is time they remembered.

Descend into the depths. Reclaim what was yours - your spells, your creations, your nightmarish legions. Bend the dungeon's inhabitants to your will once more. Conjure new monstrosities that will whisper your name in terror. And when you are ready, when your strength rivals what it once was... I will reveal why I have called you back.

But for now, embrace your rebirth, and let the dungeon tremble in your wake. The Ildrazar the Bewitcher lives again."
