"Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to ... technology choices..."

So if someone says they use Windows 10 and someone says "Windows 10 sucks!" does this count as harassment?

> More like, "You are a terrible person because you use Windows 10 and you should throw your laptop into a fire" is unacceptable. "I don't like working in Windows 10 because the replaced Start menu is unintuitive for me and I'm uncomfortable with how easy it is to give Microsoft personal information" is perfectly reasonable.
