Great game, keep it going! --Gradir 23:58, 1 February 2012 (CET)

Looks like an awesome game, I'm absolutely in love with the music. Can we expect a software release in the forseeable future, or will this forever be browser-based? Also, will there ever be the chance of multiplayer? This would be pretty good MMO style, although you'd need a decent sized community to maintain it. Mort432 14:24, 20 April 2012 (CEST)

The music is done by none other than the fantastic Oddmund Str?mme. I have all sorts and plans and ideas for the future; unfortunately I don't know which ones will come into fruition. I definitely want to try my hand at a downloadable version eventually, as well as multi-player elements, i'm just not sure if they will be fed into this project, or the evolution of this project at this point. I'm glad you like it. Thanks for the comments. --Vaughn 22:44, 20 April 2012 (CEST)

My thoughts on Wayward

This game is great fun, but VERY hard to survive without cheating. The first crisis point is drinkable water (THIRST comes FIRST) ;) . Ironically, the best place to quench your first at the start is probably in a desert. The disappointing thing to me was that (SPOILER ALERT

when you finally do make a working still it takes so very long to get any drinkable water that it isn't worth the effort.

The basic gameplay encourages you to play, and die, many times to build up useful craft recipes. The next crisis point (after water) is the accelerating difficulty level of the monsters. It seems the harder monsters spawn when your various skill levels increase. Which isn't so bad, except that they seem to outpace your equipment by a large margin. So if you do manage to get your water situation sorted out, you will be slaughtered by the monsters.
