Insert:

at the top of any page where you'd like to see it. It will add:

· Click here to add a new message ·

which is a list of things (currently one thing) which may be done to a talk page.

• "Click here to add a new message" links to ...action=edit&section=new, which basically lets you easily add a new talk entry to the bottom of the page.
