Description
Harrowed is a very minimalist roguelike where you must advance through enemies to reach the next level. You get your health restored each level, and enemies get more numerous as you go deeper. Each enemy dies in one hit, but in groups they can gradually wear you down. The emphasis is on traditional roguelike mechanics of positioning and timing attacks to prevent running out of health. The goal is to get as deep as you can before you inevitably die.
The game was made for the Ludum Dare Zero Hour Gam Jam, where the goal was to make a game whilst the clocks went back and hour due to Daylight Saving Time (thus you finish coding at the same time as you start). The game was thus made in 1 hour, during which time I was also very drunk :) In spite of this the game is fairly complete with minimal bugs.
